Due to the perishable nature of food products like coffee, we are unable to accept actual product returns. However, we do have a Satisfaction Guarantee and stand behind our products. We love Italian coffee just like you, and want you to be happy with your selection. If there was an error in your order, or you are dissatisfied, please contact us at info@Saravella.com within 7 days of receiving your coffee to notify us of any concerns and we will work to get you back to a good place, or even better, to Le Dolce Vita.
